Birdie , you join in !!!! And i couldnt agree with you more . I have started going back to church again . Havnt been since a child .
Well i did go till my panic attacks came back , and will go again when im better . I love it . The people are wonderful . My dad brought me a study bible which im ploughing through and througly enjoying . Well except when i nodded off and the book bashed my face lol .
Minnesota , i am such a bad traveller . Weather conditions are one of the things i also consider before i get in the car .
My parents live half an hour away from me in a car ( an hour on the bus ) . Its a horrible route , just hate country lanes .
My dad is a speed king , but is better with me now he knows what a panic head i am !!
When im extremely nervous , i look down and ignore EVERYTHING outside , put my headphones on and lose myself to the music . Deep breathing or singing .
May not be any help but i sure can relate :)
Hello Jemima (what a lovely name ). Welcome :)
Im with Michael on this one . I found i was getting very anxious when i started reading posts and doing my excises . But i am also learning to control it alot better .
A weight was lifted on my shoulders when i discovered this site . I have found there are some very lovely people who actually understand what you are going through .
Hope to see you around so to speak .

:) Wow Diva . That was an amazing thing you just did . Even for someone who does not suffer from axiety it would have been a hard thing to do . Congratulations again .
No idea what Kudo's means lol but i'll clap my hands and whoop whoop :)
Mya well done !!! You stayed that is quite something . Im currently having trouble with shops at the moment myself .
I have to shop or else no food and kids would riot lol . We have a locsl store called Asda its huge and has everything . ( Think its part of the walmart family) .
Now the staff are friendly and i used to love going there but soon as i walk in or even before then i tingle , go shaky . Well you know the feelings . I whizz around like a nutter . Husband hates it because he is the slowest shopper EVER , he looks at everything .
Waffling again , but this last few weeks its getting better . Not perfect but better . I even had a cup of coffee in the cafe .
So there is hope , believe me if i can do it then anyone can :)
