Panic attacks when speaking in front of people

Wow JohnnyO , thats quite alot of people to see . Of course i wish you luck . I find it helpful to write things down . Because as soon as im anxious i either freeze or waffle and forget what i wanted to say .

Myth Or Fact?

Hello Birdie , i was like you . But two years ago i finally cracked and told husband , family and the older two children . OOO the relief , everyone has been fantastic and so understanding . Even the littlies at times . Even though i try my best to keep things 'normal' as possible around them . Can be very hard but i dont want them to end up like me .
