I am big with the crunches too Lainey--i find them helpful. I recently added pilates to my work-out and this also seeems to tighten the mid area as well. I find exercise to be one of the most helpful in my bag of anti-smoking tricks. (It helps me with the anxiety & depression that seem to come with the quit)--also helps with occupying the mind for a bit of time..I have always exercised--but seems to help more than ever now. Still gaining some weight though; but I'm thinking it's a trade-off for the whiter teeth and better complexion....

Welcome Kitty!
This site has truly been probably the most significant factor in making me remain smoke free each day. I, too have had multiple attempts & really feel the support on this sote has made a real positive impact on my ability to quit this time. Read, post, breath deep often, drink lots of water & you can and WILL beat the demon.
