Still don?t feel like I?m getting the support I need...

I tried asking him for more support last night and he said he would. But today it seems like all i was doing was talking to a brick wall.

Still don?t feel like I?m getting the support I need...

This will be the 4th and Final time I've tried quitting smoking. I'm using the Nicotine gum. To get through the cravings i use the gum also the breathing exercises.

Ways i want my boyfriend to support me more, I guess is to just think before he speaks. Not be so quick to yell when he's upset. It's not easy for me either.

What positive changes have you noticed?

What i've noticed since quiting smoking is my inability to sit still. I'm not complaining because i'm getting things done around my apartment that need to be done. More positive things are I can smell things better and water is even more delicious then it was when i was still smoking. The cravings are getting weaker and weaker as the days pass and i'm on day 4 of my journey.

What positive changes have you noticed?

Thank you. All the support from people going through the same thing I'm going through makes it that much easier.

Day 5! Hell week is almost over.

And let me tell you it has been a hell week. But to reward myself early i went out with my boyfriend to olive garden. Plus today is our 10 month anniversary. So he said we were going out because i quit smoking. Cravings have been really hard to say no too but i just did the deep breathing exercises and concentrated on the good things that will come of this.

This weekend i'm staying home due to the hurricane that's going to hit me. But next weekend I'm going to see my kids.
