I have 97 days, but by golly those are the best 97 days of my life! I've gained almost a full week of life added, too! Couldn't be happier. Congratulations to all that are still smoke free!!
I had a nice surprise when i signed on this afternoon.. I hit the 100 day hurdle and I've not smoked over 1,000 cigarettes. That's insane! Time flies by so fast! I'm looking forward to spending this Christmas, nicotine free!
I'm having a hard time dealing with all the stress of shopping and dealing with my health issues. This hasn't really been a good couple months for me, and December only seems to be dreadful to me. The cravings keep sneaking up on me. I know that i can conquer them as I've done in the past. I'm hoping it goes by faster then I'm thinking it's going to!
First off, i'm very sorry about your prognosis. Secondly, nothing is impossible if you just believe you can do it. I can speak for everyone here when i say that we're all here for you. Although i've never had hypnosis, i'm sure that you can try basically anything (Healthy) to help you quit. I personally will stand beside you in your journey to quit. Hope your surgery goes well and that little voice in the back of your head telling you to keep smoking decides to be quiet.
Thank you will. That really helped. I don't want to go back to the life but it's like someone has a rope tied around my waist and is playing tug of war with me. But, this to shall pass. I'm going to kick these cravings in the butt.
Thank you everyone for the encouragement. It really means a lot to me. I guess i'm just a little down in the dumps, it's another Christmas i have to spend away from my Children.
