I don't have any urges to pick up another cigarette, ever. I can't be with my mom because she lives on the other side of the united states. I just pray for her.
Now it's time to work on losing weight. I've been overweight pretty much my whole life and in just under a year I've lost 50lbs. I'm on the road to losing more. I still need to lose 68lbs to get back to where I was 4 years ago. (Pre-pregnancy).. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can accomplish this?
Thank you. Portion sizes are a big thing with me right now. It's hard to start watching what you eat but once you start, the rewards are amazing. On top of quitting smoking i have more energy to do daily activities. My home is staying in ship shape and i even have the energy to do yard work, which i didn't have before. Y'all have made it so much easier for me to stick with this. Don't know what i'd do without you!
Well, i've had a lot more energy since i quit smoking and i don't spend all my time laying around like i used to. I can get things done and not be winded when i'm trying to do them. Had i known i would've had this much energy i would've stopped smoking a looong time ago!
