Good Gooly Miss Molly you sure are looking good out there or in here or where ever you are in relation to this key board. I am so happy for you, especially after you came through that little trouble around 40 days. That 50 should be a boost, round numbers always seem to be more solid than the ones that come in between...Keep going, I got a feeling you're gonna be alright...

Its agua time...water, water and more water will help...Part of this is physical, part of it is mental and all of it has to do with the spirit...Try to be kind to yourself. You are fighting a difficult fight, but one that can be won. Drinking water helps in many ways, by flushing the system, as a distraction, and is generally great for your overall physiology...Drink, drink, drink and try to relax, you can do this...

I am so happy to see you here, this is the first step in vanquishing the addiction once and for all. We all understand the pain of it and are ready to help in any way we can. Remember though, for every ounce of effort you put into it, you will be gaining a pound of pride once you begin to get a handle on it. Drink lots and lots and lots of water. This will help cleanse your system and also act as a distraction in those times when the crave and urge collide. Be kind to yourself, you are going through changes in mind body and soul and it will take a bit of getting used to. But most of all have faith in yourself and realize that you can do this.

Congratulations on making a great choice for yourself. The sad thing about smoking is that as we did it we were blind to the effects of the addiction. This made it oh so easy to keep on walking down nicotine street. However, the ultimate effects are cummulative and eventually the devil seeks his due.
Quitting at your age is about the smartest thing you will ever do for yourself. But I won't lie to you, it takes grit, determination and a whole lot of soul searching to get it done. The good news is that once you reach a point where smoking becomes a real choice, you will wonder why you ever smoked in the first place. That is how much of a mind game the addiction really is.
So good luck to you, read as much as you can and post often. Many people here will invest in your quit.

I don't know about the vomiting, you might want to keep an eye on that, but feeling spaced out is fairly common. In my early days I went around feeling like a bobble head doll. For the most part I dealt with that by just embracing it and kind of enjoying the feeling of being somewhere else all the time...
Take your time and be kind to yourself. You are going through changes take a bit of getting used to. The most important thing to remember is that you are doing something for yourself of immense value. Whatever it takes to be successful do it, you will never regret putting your heart and soul into this...
