Hey guys thanks for all your kind words. I have been in the wind recently and have not been posting as much as I have in the past. I suppose to some degree that is a natural evolution for us all, and as time goes by a testament to the helpful nature of this site.
This has been an evolutionary process and the cumulative effect makes itself known as each day comes and goes. Although individual days have been difficult and presented various and sundry obstacles, the working through each trouble becomes its own reward. There has never been a day in my life that I have regretted embarking on this sojourn. How many times in a life can it be said that a thing has been done without regret? Not many I would say.
There are so many people here that will be in my collective memory for many years to come, simply because we have shared a difficult road. Thank you all for being there...

So good to see you moving on here. I remember how you struggled in the early days and for you to have come so far through so much is a truly wonderful event. Keep going and never forget where you have come from, remembering is your ticket to the next destination...

Glad to hear that things are working out. Sorry for the worry around your dad. I understand the concern and hope that all will be well. Really not good news about the foot, but as you say she can dance and that certainly is a good thing...
Stay well, the best thing that you can do for all of the dear ones in your life is tame the addiction and live a long and healthful life...
Stay well

Thanks for the compliment. You are getting along nicely there with 57 days. I would wager that to smoke or not to smoke is becoming a real choice. Are you not glad to leave the obsession behind and have that freedom to choose? Thats the goal, to be in control of the addiction not the other way around.
Stay well

Ladies and Gentleman
If I may have your attention for one moment, please take note of the fact that our good friend and constant companion, Todash, has as of this date completed 300 trips around the sun without consuming a single cigarette..."Lets all get up and dance to a song that was a hit before your Mother was born"... and while we are doing that wish our good friend god speed and many many more smokeless days on the planet...

Thats the ticket, you should be very proud of your accomplishment...Its not easy to do, but day by day and week by week, if we stay close to ourselves and understand the nature of the addiction we can defeat it and go on to live happy, smoke free lives...Nothing holding you back my friend, I promise you that if you keep going it will get easier to deal with...

Funny how perceptions become pictures through words...I suppose it makes sense though. I have always enjoyed words simply because they are the best representatives of pure thought that humans are capable of making manifest in this world.
If you think about it they are the precursor to action and thought is the antecedent of words. The three taken together are a trilogy of becoming and are a formula for accomplishing the things wished for in this world. I know its not as easy as it sounds, but there is some truth in the belief that we must first think a thing, secondly say it and finally become the thing we thought. "Thinking makes it so" is a very concise and powerful tool for any addict to explore.
In any case you seem to be doing very well these days, looks like the blue Sundays have receded for you and that is a very good thing indeed...
Stay Well
