Bestbuds you can do it. Can be a bit little rough the first week. At day 60 your pretty much done with all cravings and triggers. You can do it, all you have to do is want to. bestbuds I am so happy to see you here, this is the first step in vanquishing the addiction once and for all. We all understand the pain of it and are ready to help in any way we can. Remember though, for every ounce of effort you put into it, you will be gaining a pound of pride once you begin to get a handle on it. Drink lots and lots and lots of water. This will help cleanse your system and also act as a distraction in those times when the crave and urge collide. Be kind to yourself, you are going through changes in mind body and soul and it will take a bit of getting used to. But most of all have faith in yourself and realize that you can do this. nonic My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 304 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 9,120 Amount Saved: $3,192.00 Life Gained: Days: 55 Hrs: 13 Mins: 35 Seconds: 28

Welcome Bestbuds! Do the program and read all the posts you can read. That will give you alot of information to help you on your way! Weaning down is alright by me, but some folks have had trouble with it leading up to their quit lately, so take it easy there. Stockpile some candy, gum, straws, strategies to keep you busy for the first while, and be prepared to pamper yourself as you heal. This is the best place in the world to quit, we are here to help, all you gotta do is post and we will answer. Oh and a positive attitude really helps. Congratualtions on deciding to quit! It is a freedom beyond belief! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 234 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,850 Amount Saved: $2,468.70 Life Gained: Days: 28 Hrs: 13 Mins: 11 Seconds: 23
