blue blue cloud Funny how perceptions become pictures through words...I suppose it makes sense though. I have always enjoyed words simply because they are the best representatives of pure thought that humans are capable of making manifest in this world. If you think about it they are the precursor to action and thought is the antecedent of words. The three taken together are a trilogy of becoming and are a formula for accomplishing the things wished for in this world. I know its not as easy as it sounds, but there is some truth in the belief that we must first think a thing, secondly say it and finally become the thing we thought. "Thinking makes it so" is a very concise and powerful tool for any addict to explore. In any case you seem to be doing very well these days, looks like the blue Sundays have receded for you and that is a very good thing indeed... tam Thanks for the compliment. You are getting along nicely there with 57 days. I would wager that to smoke or not to smoke is becoming a real choice. Are you not glad to leave the obsession behind and have that freedom to choose? Thats the goal, to be in control of the addiction not the other way around.
