Thank you so much. This was a pleasant surprise when I logged on this morning. :) This past week has been especially hard for me, not with cravings but with moodiness & coming here really helps. Lamplighter, your little student is stuck with the name [i]forever[/i] LOL I have been called that for longer than I can remember. I have a niece who calls me 'auntie banana'. And one time at work (in a hospital), there was an overhead page calling for 'Alanna banana call ext. ???' :) That one cracked up the whole place. :)

Our actions don't go unnoticed by others. I have noticed too that, smoking co-workers are very curious about how I quit. They are starting to believe that if I could quit, then maybe they could do it too. Makes me feel good :)
