I was having trouble with night sweats before I quit and I chalked it pre menopausal symptoms. My doctor presecribed some medication that was supposed to help - it didn't. But, now after 100 days smoke free, I am not having the night sweats anymore. I think the body goes through a really big adjustment period, metabolically, when we quit. Give it some time. It will probably get better. If not...see your doctor.
