Gen and Freemom, My March Mellow buddies.
Hi girls, well Gen twins, yes we almost are but at least great friends! La la la la la I get to get on the boat and the beach first, just teasing you, when I get there I will save a place for both of you and we can sure lay back and enjoy and relax which we sure do need, and did you know the beach is a place where there is no sad or bad feelings, not allowed, only very happy, oh won't that be so great. come on next week for the cruise, the 50 days mark!!!!! yeah for us. we are not weak, we are strong we are the Mighty March Mellows. we should write a song about our March as the Mighty March Mellows. hey March Mellows lets all try to come up with some words.

My good, great tues. news I am boarding the ship ! 50 days tomorrow, my how time flys when you are having fun, well some fun, off and on fun, anyway when I am on the ship will sure lay back and take in sunshine, sleep to my hearts content, drink eat all I want, oh by the way I heard on the ship there is no weight gain or on the beach, we will add that in, ok? might as well make it the best possible!

Speaking about gaining weight.....Well on the 21 mg patches I did not gain at all for the 6 weeks on them, but now for one week I have been on the 14 mg and guess what 3 lbs. have been added I have done so much better on this quit since I hadn't gained at all, could only consentrate on the nonsmoking not both but here I go Yuck! will have to do what Jean is doing, although I did do exactally what she did the last time I quit and still gained 33 lbs. in 6 mo. so of course went back to smoking, But this time don;t know what I will do but it sure won't be to go back to smoking I promise that to myself! the only thing is to not get even more depressed with gaining weight, the last couple days have been so good and I have been so up. then weighed this morn. and there they were!
oh well I will just have to work harder! what a bummer ho hum as Eore says.
