Bobbi here, Well I have been here alittle over a mo. have boo hooed, belly ached and all about family matters, cigs etc. and all of you have listened so intently to me and answered back with so much concern and wisdom, I feel like I have been so fortuneate to have found all of you to help through this ordeal of becoming a nonsmoker. Can't express how much all of this has meant to me I have not once cried because I don't smoke but I sure have because you all make me feel so great with your support. expecially want to thank lainey and all the March Mellows for their concern about me and my family. Many, Many Many Hugs, and thanks are sent to you all! :)Bobbi My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/27/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 39 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,171 Amount Saved: $97.5 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 17 Mins: 59 Seconds: 56

Want to thank everyone on this board Please read!

Hey Phil, I am sure trying to be! lol lol Boy you sure have been quit along time. Can't wait for my stats to look like yours! If you can remember back, it seems like it is alittle harder these last few days then in the beginning, I thought the way it was in the beginning, nothing like what I had read with terriable withdraws and cravings but they have been very hard on me as I said this last few days and sure don't like it! I am on the 21 mg. patch go to the 14 next Tues and sure scares me with the way I have felt the last few days. BUT no matter how tough it gets I will be tougher! right right. Thanks for your support! Worried about stepdown

Well how is it going since you are not on patches any more? was the withdraw very bad? Sure wories me! I did go to the 14 mgs. Tues. and so far not as bad as I thought might have been. also read a post that a person went off the 7 mg patch still alittle bit of trouble so got the gum which is 2 mg. and chewed for a couple days and withdraw very little. the worst thing that worries me is the weight gain, without nic. may be a big problem, it is a hard fight without having to fight weight gain also oh the frustration, but is it worth it, yes! hugs and prayers, Bobbi My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/27/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 45 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,353 Amount Saved: $112.5 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 15 Mins: 13 Seconds: 11
