hey dunc if the linden method cures panic disorder like you say why is it not used by millions of people .to make a claim that the linden method is the only true cure for panic disorder is is very suspect

JM I'M sorry that you were not successful tith the Linden method. I haven't yet met anyone that has used the Linden method properly and not recovered. What you are saying is not a reasoned response. I'm quite new to this board and I've just been reading all the messages about the Linden Method. I found the Linden Method website a few weeks a go and was very interested but also very wary of paying the money and it being a con, as I don't have that kind of money to waste. Hi i notice that you decided it was a con after a month. Were you really expecting to be miraculously cured in a month? Whta distractions did you use? Did you email the support centre where five support councillors and a resident psychologist work?

Hi i have been reading throught alot of the posts on the Linden method and was wondering if anyone apart from Dunc has had any benifit from it,most of the people on here seem to disagree with it.The reason i ask is that from what i have read you have to come of medication to use it,but in my situation iam due to see the doctor in 2 weeks and there for iam not on any medication "YET" but would like to give this ago before i started any medication if anyone has any good to say about it Mark
