2 full weeks!!!

Hey sprquits, one more try.............2weeks!!! Can we say that we're non-smokers? Last night I was at a bar, where smoking is allowed. Then went to a friends house for a jam session. Didn't have 1 cigarette! Today, played golf with 2 smokers, didn't phase me. What I didn't appreciate was the way I smelled going home last night. I could smell the smoke on me, and I didn't like it at all. Good going guys!!! HI ALL 5 days for me today!!!

Way to go jacqui. It's actually kind of fun to see how everyone is doing with their quit. Grandma 100 days. I'm looking forward to saying the same thing along with my fellow quitters of one more try, and sprquits. They get the credit for my quit. Hi i am new

Welcome revel, I smoked for 35 years, and quit cold turkey 15 days ago. Stick with us here, and you'll do fine. I found that when I wanted to smoke, I used my fingers to post on SSC. This works!! Set your date, and post often. 2 full weeks!!!

One more try! Sprquits! I'm happy to see that we're still going strong. My daughter was with me this weekend, and I think she was more impressed that I didn't smoke than I was. In fact, at my friend's house, I even hung out for a while by the pool with about 5 people smoking. I just drank my beer, and had fun not smoking. I think in my mind I've kind of made this a game to see how much I can resist. The more obstacles I face and overcome just make me that much more determined to stay quit. Way to guy guys, I'm with you all the way.. This third week should be better yet. 2 full weeks!!!

Thanks for the congratulations. Aloha, sully, blue cloud. I believe that you guys are a terrific inspiration. I really wasn't sure what I was getting into when I joined this site, but man! I'm glad I did!!!! One more time, and sprquits are just so great to keep posting, and making sure we all do what we need to to continue. I guess it's also true that there is strength in numbers, and none of us want to let each other down. Let's get through this week, and make it a month. Octobreathers! How's it going?

We're on our way to longer life!! I'm going back to the gym. I just got off the phone with one of my vendors, and I think she'll be joining us. She really wants to quit, but has no willpower. I told her to look up goofy, and the octobreathers. I hope she takes the steps. Way to go guys, and let's get to a month. Octobreathers! How's it going?

Well, have a good time in Quebec? Isn't it cold there? I think I'm going to go to Universal this weekend. Maybe I'll go to Epcot. I don't know, maybe we'll go to the beach....supposed to be in the low 80's this weekend. Anyhow, the 3rd week is something to celebrate...let's make it special. Now we need to thing of something incredible when we hit the month. Octobreathers! How's it going?

I guess it won't be the beach this weekend. There's a cold front coming in from....want to guess? Canada of course! It won't be swimming weather, but it should be good to go to a theme park. Anyhow, 18 days! I hope you will be really celebrating. One more try is at 17, this is big!!
