Thanks for the congratulations. Aloha, sully, blue cloud. I believe that you guys are a terrific inspiration. I really wasn't sure what I was getting into when I joined this site, but man! I'm glad I did!!!! One more time, and sprquits are just so great to keep posting, and making sure we all do what we need to to continue. I guess it's also true that there is strength in numbers, and none of us want to let each other down. Let's get through this week, and make it a month. One more try! Sprquits! I'm happy to see that we're still going strong. My daughter was with me this weekend, and I think she was more impressed that I didn't smoke than I was. In fact, at my friend's house, I even hung out for a while by the pool with about 5 people smoking. I just drank my beer, and had fun not smoking. I think in my mind I've kind of made this a game to see how much I can resist. The more obstacles I face and overcome just make me that much more determined to stay quit. Way to guy guys, I'm with you all the way.. This third week should be better yet. Hey guys! I'm so happy that we're all still here! I have two weeks too! Goofy, I'm really impressed you made it through the bar night. I'm surprised you're still allowed to smoke in a bar. I'm pretty sure there are no bars that allow swmoking anywhere in Canada anymore. I could be wrong..but none that I know of. So, when I go out to a bar at least I don't see it or smell it, even though the mental association with smoking is still there. Oh, and I always smell the smoke on my husband now....yes, it is gross isn't it? I hate it. Anyway, Sprquits, you stay home if you want to. There's nothing wrong with that. In fact, I stayed home a lot this weekend too. I watched movies with my husband and did some house work. Oh, we got our first snow fall, which was exciting. And the power went out for about four hours Saturday night. I guess it was just another weekend, smoke-free. :) I did eat a little too much, I think. I need to start working on that now. I am afraid of putting on weight. Today I am going to go grocery shopping to stock up on produce. On to week three and feeling great! Way to go MusQuiteers!
