Hey folks well am back again i couldent face comming back here to say that i had started smoking again i had stopped smoking for 100 days at christmas there but for some stupid reason i think it was an arguement with my wife i started smoking just after new year. but i so want to stay quit this time i hate the taste and smell and scraping money together to buy ciggys and also when faced with the choice of buying something to eat on my lunch break or buy ciggys i would buy the ciggys even though i was hungry stupid me .so i am on my first day today and have been using the lozenges so far its been ok just got a dry throat and feel a bit spaced out and have been eating alot which is good as i want to put the weight on anyway i will keep in touch more with the site and hopefuly get through this thanks for listening lol take care everyone x

hey kristilu i am currently on the patch but am going to buy some gum for when i come of it just incase . i think the gum is good as long as you do what the directions tell you i think it is well worth the money i would rather the gum than the ciggys lol take care and keep in touch

i am on the patches did anyone have realy strange dreams that seem so real? and also i go to bed at 11pm and supposed to get up at 7am but sice stopping smoking i wake up at 5am then go to sleep then the same at 6 lol it might just be the patches though?
