I'm still worried for my mom who is very sick and probably not make it through the summer. Today. I thought about smoking all day, and I mean all day. No I didn't smoke though, but I thought about it. I went outside where people I work with smoke but I think that smelling the second hand smoke may have helped. Is that stupid. I'm going home to see my mom now so see you tomorrow.

It feels good to say I'm not smoking. Cravings have not been too bad.
I'm doing it.

Thanks for all your support, i'm always surprised that I don't even think of smoking. You would think that I was hipnotised into thinking I never smoked. It's weird.

I am on vacation and on day 55. It feels great. I don't have cravings. I don't think of going for walks by myself and smoking without anyone knowing. I have been at home alone and not smokes. I think i'm doing it. I feel great.
Cheers for me.
Yipee
today was the first day in weeks that I thought of smoking. I don't know if it's because I returned to work today or what. I did not smoke but I thought about it all day. I drank more coffee than any other days.

Hey people, I have been smoke free since January 1, 2008. This is my third attempt and so far I'm still going. 126 days smoke free. Pretty good right. I have been feeling pretty stressed, my mother is dying of Hep C and you know what, I haven't had the urge to smoke. It used to be the stress was my enemy. I feel great, don't smell of smoke and my food taste better. I haven't gained weight either. No too bad. I'm patting myself on the back.
