64 days and counting

You will find days where smoking is not an issue and then for some reason the thoughts take over like crazy. I guess it must be the "brain" doing some healing. I don't know what causes it, but it just happens. What we do with those thought are what count. NOPE. I do recall at around Day 60 I had cravings but that was the last of them. You are good for clear sailing now. You thoughts of smoking are probably due to the fact that you are around the 60 day mark! H, I have enough days behind me to go through days that I don't think too much about smoking and I still have days that I think about it several times. I smoked a long time so I have alot of triggers to power through. I've heard that you have to go through all four seasons before you can really expect to have thought free days. We are just getting started but we are off to a good start.NOPE,NOPE...NOPE. Revel on your 64 days and push it aside! Many situations will trigger old feelings or habits. Reward yourself for a job well done and congrats! Josie, Support Specialist

today was the first day in weeks that I thought of smoking. I don't know if it's because I returned to work today or what. I did not smoke but I thought about it all day. I drank more coffee than any other days.
