Yes one thing nicotine taught us, was excuses to smoke. Smoking has never changed anything.. and actually puts us under more stress... trying to make sure we have enough smokes with us, where to smoke, when can we get out for another, etc etc... It is a good, feeling to take back control of what you do...
Smoking is an option... I choose NO.
