Hi, I went back to the first tread I wrote in June and reread everything. I'm amazed at all the encouragement I received from all you wonderful people on this panel. Some I haven't seen lately and then there are the others who have become so familiar. There are bad days and there are good days, the good days outweight the bad, so if I have a not so good day I will go back and read all those wonderful posts, I used to sit at my computer for hours waiting for responses and they always came and made me so happy. Some with the pictures and funny jokes, some with so much feeling. I realize now that I need less time at the computer, but try to come as often as I can to give in return to the new quitters,as I have received so much from this site. From the bottom of my heart I thank you as I continue my journey one day at a time always fighting the good fight Sincerely :)Marie

Thank you Josie (Dah) I din't even think of looking it up, New-york is non-smoking, I'm so happy, that's a load off, because it's the hardest time for me sitting at a restaurant. so I don't think I could have done it sitting across a smoker. The ban came in effect in March. I'm still wondering why I didn't look it up, maybe I just wanted to share.... :)Marie
