Memorial Day

It is a time to stop and reflect and honor those who fought then and now,and some gave there lives,so we could be free!!!
Alot of people dont do that anymore,and i think its a digrace not to!!
My husband fought in veitnam,and came home whole..some did not..
We hang our flag every memorial day and 4th of july..its such a small thank you...they need to know that we honor them!!!
I am proud to be american!!!

I did it my way today!

 I am so glad i did!!
For a long time now,i have always loved get togethers,and family picnics ext..but somewere along the line,my children and sisters,started just not wanting to do that,or go some place elese, or something other than being with the whole family..
Today,i realized,i have to stop grieving over all this not wanting to be together,on easter,thanksgiving,memorial day,labour day ext..
I was always so upset over it,blamed myself,had a pitty party over it,and cried my eyes out..
Well,,,i dont want to waste anymore of my time with that!!
Life goes by so fast,,,i dont have time to worry over why they wont come to see me anymore,or want to have a family cookout or dinner..they have there lives,there young families,and other things to do..so i need to think more about myself,my husband,,how to enjoy everyday we have together,have our own cookouts like today!
I had a wonderful memorial day today,we hung the flag outside,done some yardwork,got a salt block for the deer that play in my backyard,then we grilled some hambugers on the grill,and  enjoyed the day!!!
I now have a new goal...take better care of ME!!!

Iam so afraid right now!!!!!!!

I didnt sleep last night,as i was so cold!
It was just me..but i do that..i also see my doctor in the morning,and i am so afraid she will tell me i have cancer or some bad disease or something,and i have got to stop,before i go into another anxiety attack again!!!
So, i did let myself cry,then i wrote in my journal,i took an ativan,iam expressing myself through wrting this down and getting my feelings out ...
I just needed to let go of my emotions for just a few..
But...i could use some prayers!

To me, writing has always been a way out for me..it helps me when i can put on paper how i feel about a situation,a person,what a person done to hurt me,how i feel about anger,,ext
If i write,no one sees it but me,so i have the freedom of saying anything i want,and not be judged for it!

It also helps me to release my own anger,at persons that have put me down,or hurt my feelings...
I have done this a long time, a nurse had me do it in therapy,and it helps me get through..
If i write everyday,i look back and see what i may have done wrong,or could have done better for myself..

Just a question - need advice

I use to do that very thing with zanax..i started to cut mine in half,and slwly let go of it,,but it was a bit scary for me to do,as i always felt i needed it!!
Now,like you..i take my ativan with me all the time...
I think its a security issue,it is with me anyway..

All good news!!!

I am so relieved!!!
I seen my doctor,and  she had good news for me,my vit d level was great,my bone scan was also great..cbc was good,need to watch closer what i eat, as sugar was 113,needs to be lower, but all in all everything was good!!!!
She did give me a new med to help with anxiety...
I left there and went to my physical therapy..that was even better,as i have never had a massage before,and wow..i felt like a wet noodle after that!!!
They also confirmed i do have fibro...
I do feel more relaxed now,and not under so much stress!!!

I really have got to get better control!

Good morning everyone..my night was not very good,as i awoke very sick to my stomach,,and was up for a while..
I did break down,and took half of an ativan to help,and it did..but i was thinking alot why i was so nauseated??
I did not take any ativan yesterday at all..had the great massage,to my back muscles..the pt told me to drink lots of water,to rid my body of toxins,and i did,but why was i so sick??/
Could it be,my body was needing that ativan???
Iam confused?
