Iam so tired.........

Thanks sunny..iam just very tired right now....

I think tonight,i may try sleeping on the couch,instead of the bed or recliner...

Tomarrow is my birthday,and i sure would love to get a nights rest!!!!!!!!!!

Iam so tired.........

nothing..thats the thing..i have noticed i have a tingling crawling feeling in my body,but i think that goes with it..

Seems my sciatica may be the trigger..its painful,and i also have fibromyalgia,so iam sure this only adds to it..

I sure hope tonight is better!!

I sure want to be rested tomarrow!!!

Since mine are at night....iam going to try

Sleeping in another room other that the bedroom or my recliner..

Iam going to start out on the couch,with the tv on,and see if it helps in some way...

I have always had to have a light on,because of my fear of the dark..dont know why??

Anyway..thats the plan for tonight

ILL be all of 64 tomarrow...i know,maybe i should not post that??

But..I feel happy i have come this far!

Been married to the same man for 45 years,,

Blessed with 3 children and 4 grandchildren,,so yes,i am a lucky lady indeed,

I just want to be free of some of this pain,and the anxiety too!

guess what???

I slept all night long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No pain or anxiety!!!

I decided to sleep on the couch with the tv on,and see how it would go,,it worked!

At least it did last night,and it makes so much differance when you get good sleep

Now i can really enjoy my birthday day!!!!

Seeing my new doctor today causing fear!

I have been keeping myself very busy, trying not to think to much on it,,but iam feeling my anxiety climbing,so i have started some deep breathing exersises to help,and trying to focus on good points!

I dont know why iam so affraid???

Maybe i am feraful of what she will say,do not do???

I just need to get through this day!

Seeing my new doctor today causing fear!

It went good!!!

She is going to run some test that i do need..such as checking my blood counts for low vitimen d..also t4 and t3..iron levels..

She is also going to start to level me off my female harmones..little by little...

She is heeping me on ativan only as needed.and gave me a script for ambian? for sleep,just a half one at bedtime..

She is going to have me to take a bone dencity test,and a mamogram,and female exam...

So i feel good that she is doing all this to check me out!!!!

Yes i did hugs!!!

I got several rose bushes,a hydrangia plant,and one rodryderdon!!

that was mothers day,and for my birthday..i got a new handbag,some makup that i needed,and a new bra!!!

Needed that too!!

So i done good!!
