I'm new PERIMenopausal/ Panic attacks

Hi everyone!! I'm new. (sorry so long) I found this group when I did a search on perminopause and panic (both my symptoms). I have been having panic for about 2 years that I knew of, but add one year to that because I didn't know what the heck was wrong with me. At age 30 I was fun loving outgoing healthy loved to go dancing 3-4 times a week and had thousands of friends. Within 3 years (mostly in the last year) my symptoms came on like wildfire. I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH ME. IT WAS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY. Now, I barely talk to anyone and I rarely leave the house. I'm 34 years old and have been smoking for 10 years. At 32, I was diagnosed with panic by the emergency room (thought my heart was in trouble since my mom had recently died of heart failure) and 33 diagnosed perimenopausal by a medical dr. after my blood test showed abnormal hormone stimulation. My period had stopped for 6 months but was brought back by chinese accupunture and herbs. My symptoms are unable to work due to panic. sweating, hot flashes, severe moodiness and irritablility (although right now I feel very glad that I found this site) sudden weight gain avoiding activities, NO sex drive. bloating. tingling arms and legs. disrupted sleep. confusion. extremely lethargic/fatigued, stressed out, hair falling out. sad that I have these problems, constant worry about all of my medical bills no money. down on myself-feeling stuck. I intuitively believe that because of my perimenopause, I am experiencing anxiety attacks... I also intuitively believe that my perimenopause came on so young because I have been smoking for 10 years. I plan on taking a quit smoking class, I just ordered Dr. John Lee's book "What your dr. won't tell you about perimenopause" and ordered natural progesterone because my symptoms SO GREATLY match that of those found. I've had a lot of time to think and be with myself and listen to my body because for the most part I've stayed inside my house for the last 2 years. I truly believe these things are all interrelated, but I believe in integrative medicine not just western medicine where drs just give out prozac, zoloft, or paxil and send you on your way without getting to the cause! I truly believe it's hormonal and smoking for me. I always ask myself... w
