New to website - 32 Days Smoke Free!

I everyone,
I have been a pack-a-day smoker for over 37 years and decided to quit this year. I am trying "the patch" and it seems to be working out a lot better than I thought it would. If I'd known it was going to be this easy I would have quit years ago. For me the patch works and I would recommend it's use to anyone that's thinking of quitting. It's cheaper than smoking now due to all of the "sin" taxes. Good luck to everyone thinking of quitting, and congrats to everyone that has quit.

Ugh! Another one of these

Well look at it this way, your cravings are being fulfilled in your dreams and not in real life thank goodness. Hang in there. They say it does get easier with time.

Hi, I quit smoking on New Years Eve

Congratulation on being smoke free for one month!!! You feel better don't you? Not only physically but mentally too. The mental part was the hardest for me, but each day it just keeps getting better and better. Keep it up!
