Keep busy , active anything to keep mind from saying just 1 . We all know where the 1 leads straight back . Get over next day or so and you on the right track . Stick at never thought I would get this far , keep checking in reading posts everyone rooting for each other to stay quit
Good on you for quitting , not sure when good time to stop patches . Me I went cold turkey realised it was the nicotine addiction that kept me smoking. Most keep off them cigarettes best of luck
