Breather I had one of those dreams You were talking about, well kinda. last night I dreamed I had smoke 2 cigs back to back, the actual deed of smoking I dont recall that well, but when I woke up I had to think real hard for a moment to decide if the dream was real or just a dream, and I was so Happy when I concluded it wasnt true. Maybe the Cravings are easing up a little, but the habit, the triggers are still pretty strong. Thanks again You Guys.

 Well I guess this is one of the Harder Days, woke up this morning, bad craving, pissed off cause I dont wont to smoke but the NicoDeamon is trying really hard to make me Cave. Cant believe how Cranky I am this morn. But I gotta stay strong, I can't give in, I gotta do this. I Can I Can I Can.
 
This addiction is really hard to over come and I am glad We are all in this together. I think Hell Week is an Understatement..
