Welcome back, and congrats to you and your husband on your success so far!  Please make sure you both complete all of the questionaires under "my program" so you are 100% prepared for this quit.  You know how important rewards are here at SSC, so make sure you both have a reward system in place to celebrate your successes!  Know that we are all rooting for both of your quits!

Congrats krazequitter to you and your husband...  I wish you the best.. I wish , I had the sense to quit when I was your age..You are smart to do this.   My advice is to read through the program, and read the message boards.  Everyone on this board is  great....they know what you are going through, and support you along your quit....

Good Luck !!!

What a great pic!!!  Welcome back.  This is my second time around with SSC.  My first lasted a couple of months.  But I'm trying to do it right this time.  Congratulations to you and hubby on your decision to quit.  You can do it.  Just stick close by here.  It really, really helps a lot.  Everyone is wonderful and there is always someone out there who has been in your shoes (or pretty close to it).

Hey krazie girl, welcome to the ssc (again!!) and well done on getting thru one day smoke free and of course the best part of day two too!!!  You sound really upbeat and good humoured about your quit - I hope thats the case as it will make it so much better for you.  I also quit before - twice - first time for two and half years and the second time a few months ish!! But now, this time its for real and my forever quit is almost seven months strong, alot of that has to do with the new found friends I found here and the support, encouragement and advice that they have given me! So I am hoping that like me this will be YOUR forever quit!  Good luck honey and let us know how your doing x x

I am back again.  I am formerly known as Stubz, but my time here was so brief that I doubt I was remembered.  I quit yesterday, well Sunday night around 8pm I smoked my last cigarette.  I was counting the hours but that had me dwelling on it!  I hate quitting smoking.  I hate it with a passion.  I wish I didn't do it so frequently.  I screw up horribly at this quitting thing.  I take my quits seriously, and I really want to quit smoking I just hate the battle it seems to be to do so!   Here I go again and I am doing good so far, I actually quit instead of just said I was!  My husband and I are quitting together.  Don't know how good that will be as far as shortness and irritability but it will be great as a support system! I will be checking back in periodically and reading other posts when I have a craving. Let's hope I never do! LOL
