OCTOBER QUITTERS UNITE!

Damn I forgot about the yoga class that I could have gone tonight if I had brought appropriate clothing :P Oh well, next week... I really needed it as well today. Someone is driving me up the walls today here at the lab :P I guess what I've been doing is just recognizing that I might get edgier than usual and breath in and out every time I start feeling like I'm going to blow up on someone :). Seems to have worked up to now... although today someone is really trying me hehehehe. But my advice is put a smile on instead and know it is temporary. good luck peeps! Day 2 and doing OK

I'll be here! I've been having a hard time today too, not so much with the cravings but more with the anger management. But I've decided I'll just smile instead of getting mad at someone... hopefully that will keep me from saying some nasty things through the day :) Hang on guys, it's difficult but a good ride to take :D Just think it is temporary and keep on smiling because it will only get better from now on. Losing it.

hehe that is actually a pretty funny story One more try. Well, probably not funny at the time... Goofy you're doing great! Feeling overwhelemd with work is probably not helping but remember that having a fag is not going to make the workload get any better. Reward yourself today, take even 30 minutes just to do something fun that will make you forget all about work and cigs. I've been doing alright. I was in a nasty mood yesterday with no patience whatsoever for annoying colleagues but other than that I think the cravings are getting better. I mean I still think about it all the time but I keep telling myself smoking is not an option and I will not give in and that in a few days I will be feeling better :) Stay strong guys! If you feel a craving just keep post-poning it and the worst part will go away. Start doing something different or just breath deeply in and out... it's been helping me :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/28/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 6 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 90 Amount Saved: $29.25 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 10 Mins: 50 Seconds: 7
