Is it bad that it really hasn't been that difficult? I guess I'm just hoping I'm not gonna get smacked in the face with really strong cravings. I just keep telling myself that it has been easy because I was ready!

Sorry to get graphic here and bring up such a non fun topic but seriously......it's getting bad. I'm on quit day 16. How long does this last? I used to joke that smoking was at times a laxative for me but now I'm seeing that it wasn't such a joke. HELP!!!!

I joined Curves several years ago and did the workouts religiously and ended up losing 12 pounds and 12 inches. It works if you keep it up. However, I developed arthritis in my foot and had to stop.

Hi! I don't think there is a set protocol for your quit meter but for me personally I find the meter so helpful and encouraging that I don't want to reset it. I tell myself that just one puff and I'd have to turn my quit meter back to 0. I don't want to do that EVER because it is so helpful to see just how many smokes I have passed on. It makes me feel good about myself.
You can do this!!!
