In the beginning of my quit and some moments still - it is my mileage that keeps me going. I am proud if it and never want it to be back at zero. I think it has stopped me from picking up a cigarette during my early quit days. Congratulations! Keep checking in on it - whatever keeps your quit going! I cannot tell you how many time I click on this site a day just to look at my mileage!! What a great great great feeling of accomplishment! I copy and paste it and forward it to my friends. I'm sure they're tired of getting e-mails about my being a nonsmoker but they're so happy for me and proud of me that they're flattering me. ha!! Just wanted to say to all of you who have chosen to quit!!! YAY AND CONGRATS!!!!! :) LIFE IS GOOD!!!
