Great work, Tiffany!!!! Glad hell week and heck week are over for you. Every quit is different. Some are more difficult than others. Just remember to keep your coping tools handy. Lots of water, gum, deep breathing. One day at a time...one crave at a time. Love your progress!!!! Congrats!!! You are off to a GREAT start!!! No it isn't bad that it has been easy so far... just keep your coping skills in the back of your mind just in case of a big crave. Otherwise, CELEBRATE because you made it through hell week AND heck week!!!! On to "who's your daddy" week.. LOL!!!! (That's a good one, I about fell out of my chair laughing at that one!!!) way to go tiffany week 1 is "hell week" week 2 is "heck week" i like to call week 3 "who's your daddy" week. because after 2 great weeks you can face cigs and proudly proclaim "who's your daddy , I AM" ! Not diffacult??? Go on, quit teasing us and get off this site!! ;p Just joking!! It's great to hear that your quit hasn't been too diffacult!!! A lot of this process IS being prepared for the task at hand and having a Positive Mental Attitude!!! I teach all of my students the 6 P's at the beginning of every semester (Proper Planning Prevents Piss-Poor Performance)!!!! They need to have every new assignment all planned out or the pieces that they are making are going to crack!!! So let this be a lesson to you new quitters!!! Prepare yourself well, learn as much as you can about quitting and it "could" make your quit easier!! If you keep telling yourself that it is easy, eventually your mind will listen and it will be easy!!! P.M.A !!! Is it bad that it really hasn't been that difficult? I guess I'm just hoping I'm not gonna get smacked in the face with really strong cravings. I just keep telling myself that it has been easy because I was ready!
