You need to just take a breathe and relax. Breathe and relax. Firstly congratulations on getting through day one :). As with your marriage hun, i strongly advise you both seek some for of mediation/councelling before either of you make rash decisions.
Focus on your goals and why you want to quit. You have done this before and you know you can do it again hun.
Dont use words like i will try, let your mind know you are going to kick some serious butt. Use affirmative words like I WILL. When times get tough, come in here, yell and scream. Laugh or cry, do what ever you have to, just dont smoke. One day at a time we will all help you get through Huey. You CAN do this, you know you can.

It more likely was. If you had put the other symptoms down that you were feeling i probably could have told you thats what it was lol :) There is a sister site for anxiety, i cant remember the name of it right now but im sure one of the moderators would be kind enough to post it for you.
When it happens again, i know it can sometimes be hard to do but try relax and know that you are safe.

I drank gallons of cold water and ate lots of fruit. I made sure i rewarded myself often.
Post as much as you can and dont be afraid to ask for help, its not easy, we know its not. Thats why we are all here, we are helping each other through.

In the first week and a half i had my peppermints. I would pop it under my tounge when i felt the urge.
My rewards are what i strive for. This is what i hold in my tool chest. The more money i see i have saved and the amount of life i have added is incentive enough for me. :)
