Okay, I don't drink to much, but that is my trigger. I will redo my quit date. Believe me, I want to quit smoking. I understand that quitting is a life style change and I must do it. I hate it. I do. I will. My new quit date will be tomorrow and now I know I must stay away from my triggers. I will do it!!!!

I threw out the cigarettes, took my beer over to my neighbors along with some top shelf rum. My house is ready and so am I. No more alcohol for me and no more cigs. Sorry I messed up yesterday, but I will do this. I know my triggers and now know I need to stay away.

I did do a couple of those things that Rusty had said. When I am at work, I am fine. I know my big trigger is alcohol. I am going to have to stay away from it. I will have to learn to watch my beloved sports without a refreshing beer. I can do this, and will do this!

I will think about the NRT. At home I am pretty good too. The trigger is
beer. I am a guys guy. I love watching the game with a beer. So, I can't do that anymore.
Jim, I said you weren't pushy. Everybody is different. My biggest trigger is alcohol and I have to stay away from it. I wish I could have a few beers like you can. I can't though. Today was tough at work, but I handled it. I have friends over now. They are having a few drinks. I am drinking water, cold water. I am fine.

Very tough, 2 nd day. I want to run out and get a pack. I know I can't though. very tough. Why the hell I ever do this anyway. So hard. I can't have kids because of testicular cancer, but I continue to smoke. I am cancer free, thank god. But that is how hard this addiction is....INSANE!!
