Way to test yourself!!! You eventually will be able to drink again without that craving, but I might not do it for awhile. It will pass...sorry your going throug this..just don't smoke, you'll have to do day one all over again and that would really suck. ((hugs)) My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 118 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,540 Amount Saved: $442.50 Life Gained: Days: 9 Hrs: 15 Mins: 52 Seconds: 50

It's okay...what's done is done. But now you have to tell yourself Not One Puff Ever...NOPE! You have gone a long ways in the past 24 hours and I know you don't want to throw that away. Keep telling yourself you can do it...I know you can! I was doing great. It is only my second day, and now I am having trouble. I got home from work, and I had tivo'd a big soccer game that was played earlier today. I decided to have a couple of beers watching it, and now, I want to run across the street and pick up some smokes. I knew I shouldn't had a couple of beers!!!!
