Congrats OSA. just continue what you are doing and you will see it just get easier. I still every now and then get my down day, but then just think about all the benefits and push through.

       Huge congrats for making it through Hell Week!!!  It sounds like you are doing great so far, so keep on doing what you are doing!  You have also made a great decision to join the gym!  It should definitely help you to combat the normal weigh gain that most of us go through when we start to regain our freedom!!  Good for you!
