Not doing that good

Smokey, I agree with Deli, just start fresh and get back on the horse. Quitting is the hardest thing to do and well all realize it. But that is what this site is for, to help each other keep going, or to get back on the horse, or whatever any of us needs. If we need to vent, here is the place to be. We are all on your side and want to see you accomplish your goal, and you CAN!!!! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 39 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 984 Amount Saved: $195 Life Gained: Days: 4 Hrs: 4 Mins: 5 Seconds: 53

smokey, you CAN do it. It takes a lot of work, determination, and practice. I lost a year-long quit back in the 80s because I started bumming cigs. I thought I was far enough along that I could control it. Obviously not! Just keep taking one step at a time, one day at a time. And just don't light another one...that's what it takes. Don't beat yourself up about this. Try to understand what happened, what made you cave and learn from this for your next try. This isn't an easy addiction to quit, we all know that - BUT, it is possible!!! Gather your resolve and try again when you're ready. Good luck, Deli My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/1/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 251 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,770 Amount Saved: 753 Life Gained: Days: 21 Hrs: 3 Mins: 30 Seconds: 17
