HMMMMM
Yesterday:
Morning: fruit smoothy and coffee
Afternoon: organic Amy's dinner and water
(about 6 pieces of naughty dove's chocolate)
Dinner: Healthy choice dinner (beeftips) salad..(organic hot dog so I had something to give my doggie too.) Those dinners are really tiny and if I shared them with my dog I would starve.
(a smartones desert)
(later...... I had another few dove chocoates)
before bed: a cup of St Johns wart tea with a little honey.
Middle of night to let dog out to pee: An organic cookie that has calories in it. I leanred organic doesn't mean ....no calories..LOL
Don't ask me about the day before. Ya don't wanna know!!! :8o:
Mercy

Hmmm... first day back to trying to be careful what I eat really stinks.
B. Coffee, granola bar
l. Chicken wrap, diet pepsi
d. One hotdog, one handful of corn chips, unsweet tea
Exercise... chasing 5 year old? Picking up kid from football practice. Running around... normal stuff. Didn't make it to the gym. I need to work on that.

WOW! You guys make me feel guilty for my food intake and LAZY!! LOL
Bobbi, your weight gain will even back out. I know mine did before when I really watched what I ate and did some exercise. Those first few months, I gained about 15 lbs and was devastated. By the time I was six months quit, I was back into my pre-quit clothes and had lost the 15 lbs. As for now, well... that's a different story.
