Hey super, yes, it gets easier, the main thing is to believe in yourself. If you feel the urge, I find it helps to distract myself by reading, or having a bath or something like that. Anyway, we're here for you lynnexx My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/24/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 7 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 110 Amount Saved: 28 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 19 Mins: 52 Seconds: 8

You're doing super, eh,... Super... IT DOES get better! Slowly but surely. Just keep yourself marching forward, stay on the path with the rest of us, and leave smoking behind. It is sunny and clear up ahead. Trust those who are far down the path and letting us know. It is real. It is there. Stay strong, The QM My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/16/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 15 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 316 Amount Saved: $60 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 8 Mins: 58 Seconds: 41

Hi Super! It does get easier each and every day. There will be good days and bad days, but mostly it gets better and less intrusive as each day goes by. Read lots of posts, post often, and let us help you along the way! Honest Super...it gets soooooooooo much better. The first week, all I did was eat, post, work, sleep and go to the gym (mostly eating and sleeping) Now is the time to take care of yourself....you can get through this!
