Hi Bryan Glad you're stopping in. It's nice to leave the house and not have to check and make sure the house isn't going to burn down. You know you haven't left a cigarette burning because you're not smoking. When you finally stop as well as having water on hand it might be a good idea to have small treats on hand like mints , candys , etc. Be prepared beforehand. Yes Bryan , no smelly ashtrays and nicotine stains to name a couple. Keep coming around. breather 55 Addict 0

Thanks all of You. I'm sure I will be here a lot. I am feeling pretty good about this, I have started think what it will be like to not be a smoker, to have that dirty taste in my mouth and throat, not have to freak if cigs are running low or lighter just gave out, how nice it will be to not have cigarette ashes all over the inside of my truck and the windshield not gunked up with nicotine.
