Yesterday:
Breakfast: 1/2 of Breakfast bar. About 240 calories for the whole thing. It was an energy one with lots of protien. I need protien.
Lunch: Chicken breast, collards, and plain boiled potatoes, small portions.
Dinner: Broiled Tilapia fish, one can of plain Green Beans.
Snacks, popcorn, grahm crackers (2)
Exercise: Walked while I shopped (hee hee)
