Help with exposure planning a bit, please!

Hi Iwona. It would be fine to stand out for 15 minutes and gradually increase your exposure.

Guys, as some of you may remeber I am now to down 25 mg of luvox and my panic/agoraphobia, not to say obsessions, are back and striking hard and with the vengeance. I am OK with being on such a low dosage (in the sense that after 7 years of taking them I am glad I might be off the completely) but still have problems with coming outside. In the panic program there is an exposure plan which i what I need - but it seems I can't stand in front of my building for an hour or even half an hour (which was possible with the lower dosage). Is it OK if I just be there for 15 minutes for sometime and then, when I get used to the feelings, I can lengthen the time or should I be patient and wait for the half an hour (which is what is said in the Panic Program)? Help me, because I am at the loss. I am moving forward but really slowly. Thanks, Iwona.
