Recently, a talk on CBT made a striking statement for me. A thought, the clinical psychologist stated, is not a fact. I've been thinking about this for some time, and the significance is that a vision, as in the quote above, can't be powerful, if the thought is not supportive of my values and wishes, as well and empowering.

I just make them, I don't know what sunny will do with them before she sends them. I suppose painted to look like Saturn would be nice with some spirals.

Hugs, I hope you are feeling better. It's damp here and that season for colds when more people are about. Lucky me I never get sick unless it is infection. Or the other thing I do is trip and fall, good thing I have a tough head. Did that today getting another board out of the garage. At least it wasn't a snow bank.

It is a top, that due to it's lightness and large spinning surface spins for a very long time. It is hollow and made with six pieces of wood glued together and takes about 5 hours to make if every thing is going well. Therefore you have to be a grandkid to get one.

Someone will take the idea and make one out of plastic I'm sure.
