alcohol exacerbating panic?

Hi saire, Please be very cautious with mixing alcohol and dealing with anxiety. I would encourage to talk with your doctor about this issue. Casey ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Hi Newbie Introduction

Hi Sarah, Welcome to the site. You have come to the right place! Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. I see by your message that you have already looked into the online program which is great! Many here have much success with this program. It is important to work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When youre finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. If you have any questions or concerns with our "TOOLS" you can contact our support department at support@paniccenter.net. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Be sure to post often and let us know how everything is going. Casey _____________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

"Ivan the Terrible"

Hi Debbi, I really feel for all of your who are having to experience these terrible killer storms. My heart goes out to you. Try to be strong. It is totally understandable that your panic would be worse right now. I would suggest that you follow-up with your doctor. Let him/her know why you are hesitant to increase your medication right now. Be sure to ask if there is something else they could recommend (besides meds if that is what you want to avoid) to help get you through this very difficult time - such as relaxation techniques. Also - please let them know about the vomiting of blood. You are in our thoughts. Keep us posted, Casey _____________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Chest Pain

Hi everyone, Just a reminder to be on the safe side - for anyone who is experiencing this symptom and has not yet been to the doctor - please be sure to get it checked out. It will help to give you peace of mind if the doctor is able to rule out any other causes and that it is due to anxiety. Casey _____________________________ The Panic Center Support Team
