Pure Hell

gl like most people have said chew a stick of gum, walk, go to a movie, what I like to do when I get cravings is just eat some candy like jollyrancher fruitchews which seem to help me lol bad thing is i'm hooked on them now... but if you can make it through hell week you have a great shot of going all the way gl to you SMOKING IS NOT A OPTION

Day 19,I failed

Sorry to hear that you slipped I know how hard it is not to smoke under stress heck i'm 60 days in and still like having a smoke everyonce and a while. What helps me get through the cravings and what might help you next time you attempt to quit is chewing a lot of gum, going for long walks, and also heh those jolly rancher fruit chews really help me. But dont give up and keep on trying again and again till you finally quit. GL AND DONT GIVE UP :)

Hard couple of days...

Hey guys well I thought I was doing really well but after i've been of chantix for 2 days these cravings are just coming nonstop and their really hard to just let go... Only thing that is stoping me from going to the store to buy a pack is cause its currently been 73 days since I last smoked a cig and I dont want to break the streak and have to start over :( well I hope I can keep going I really dont want to be a smoker again... I was just wondering if anyone who has taking chantix has experienced intense cravings a few days after coming off it?

Hard couple of days...

Hey guys just wanted to let you know that even though I had some hard cravings for a few days after getting off chantix I havent smoked one cig :) I just feel so good about making it 80 days without a cig that even if I had one I would feel really bad about it and be really ashamed with myself for breaking this great streak i'm on. Well just mainly wanted to step in here and tell you that I made it through the cravings gl to all the new and old quitters out their dont let the nicdemon get you :)
