The last few days I have been so tired, my husband has to wake me up at least 2 times every morning. It is now only 12.20pm and i would love to just crawl in bed, problem is I'm at work.
Any suggestions

alexa,
first off congradulations on the quit! i have also felt the sadness, the not wanting to get up in the morning because you could not have that first smoke, but it does get better. when your feeling sad about not smoking take a very deep breath, doesn't that feel good, remember when you couldn't do that without coughing?
my emotions have gone from one extreme to another, i just keep coming to this site looking at my quit meter, and thinking how can i be sad i have started adding days to my life, that is nothing to be sad about.
hang in there, it will get better!!!!

Don't give up, you are doing great, keep reading the posts here everyone here has had bad days. The last few days for me have been really bad, but there is no way I am going to give in now, this is the first time in over 30 years of smoking that I have made it this far and like you this is also the first time I really do not want to fail, I think not wanting to fail is what keeps us going, your husband is right the cravings will stop, the bad day will end, than you will have good days, than some more bad days, than next thing you know your at 30 smoke free days, than 60 than before you know it we will both be on the beach (can't wait).
Just remember you wont really kill for a cigarette but they will kill you!!!

Cuddles
You are dealing with a lot of issues right now, I can totally relate to some of what your going thru right now, my brother in law past away recently from cancer, my aunt has emphysema and my son was deployed to Iraq on March 7th for the 2nd time.
Our quit dates are about the same so if you are like me you are trying to remind yourself why you quit, just remember smoking is not a good way to releave stress.
Just keep hanging in there I know how hard it is to deal with cancer and the deployment, but you will get a lot of support here and that helps. We have to stay strong and healthy for our son's return.
take care and i will be thinking of you
