The last few days I have been so tired, my husband has to wake me up at least 2 times every morning. It is now only 12.20pm and i would love to just crawl in bed, problem is I'm at work. Any suggestions My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/6/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 10 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 315 Amount Saved: $83.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 1 Mins: 14 Seconds: 9

tls, i know that I too went through this, I kept eating banana's and little snacks to keep my blood sugar up, plus fast brisk walks. So walk around the office a few times really fast and take some really deep breaths. See if this won't help.
