30 days smoke free

hi Tgeyer I smoked for 54 years well 53 years It has been almost a year april 2015 is a year I also used chantex works pretty good my doctor does not believe in nicotine replacement I agree with him. Quitting is hard no matter how you do it the nico demon will be with you for along time. It does get easier with time but it's there. Be careful when finished with chantex about 2week after stopping the cravings get a little stronger but that will pass and periodically In my quit I will get a craving and sometimes strong just hang in there they will pass. Your body is healing now you may even feel a little worse that's the poison's coming out. your probably sleeping better with less flem at night My wife said I sounder like a coffee pot bubbling all the time. That was one of the first things to stop and for just that I will never smoke again. Weather it's been 30 days or 365 days we need to keep our will power revved up. So don't smoke remember n.o.p.e. (not one puff ever) good luck and keep up the good work. Ermio
