Hi Jill, my name is Kim and I am 41. I Quit smoking on Jan.21,2015. I didn't quit cold turkey though. It didn't work for me in the past. This time around I used the patch and it seems to be working. I am on day 2 with no help. Except for joining this grp. I would love to give u support.! You Can Do!!! Take it one day at a time. And reward yourself! I found massage and a **** load of water helps! I just imagine all the toxins leaving my body!! Take the money u spent on butts and treat yourself! stay strong Kim

Hi Jillp,
 Welcome to the SSC.
Wow, you're already past the 3 week mark, that's GREAT! You have every right to be proud of yourself too. Make sure you reward yourself for the all the effort you've put into your quit.
Keep up with the great start you have, it sounds like you are doing just fine so far.

Hi everyone,

My name is Jill, I just turned 24 and I decided to quit this idiotic smoking habit 22 days ago after 3 years. I figured that quitting will only get harder the longer I smoked so I thought now was a good time to stop. I've been doing really, really well. I've been to parties and had no desire to smoke so I'm very proud of myself. I'm just looking for people who've also quit on or around february 3th so I have a buddy to go on this journey with.
